Chelsea launched Miss Jay's in 2015 with a simple idea: to create the kind of nail salon where people could walk through the door and feel completely welcome. Today, Chelsea leads a creative team across Melbourne who share that same philosophy: come as you are, express yourself however you like, and know there's a place for you here.
